“Shochu with Green tea Nouveau*” is so popular in this season. When we started this menu, we used to offer it by using the tea leaf harvested in Kagoshima prefecture. But now we are using the tea leaf harvested in Shizuoka prefecture ( where Mt.Fuji is located). The tea leaf harvested in Shizuoka is called one of the “three greatest teas of Japan.”
