-We CANNOT ship luggage OVERSEAS, AIRPORTS, REMOTE ISLAND.
-This is not same-day delivery.

Delivery days may vary depends on prefecture of destination.
e.g.: 1 Day　/　Kyoto・Osaka・Ishikawa
　　　2 days/ Hokkaido・Hiroshima・Fukuoka

-Please be informed that it could be delayed because of natural disaster or other reasons.
– You will need to pay the shipping fee for second or more piece of luggage.

20% of cancellation fee will be charged When canceled 1 day before of your arrival.
100% of cancellation fee will be charged when canceled on the day of arrive.
