・Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Please return key card when your check-out.
Please note that 3,000 yen will be charged in case of lost key.

・Free toiletries is available in the lobby.
Stretch Towel. Razor, Hair Brush, Cotton Swab, Dental Floss, Skincare products
Please help yourself.
Toothbrush, towels and shampoos are provided in the room.

 

FACILITY

・All rooms are Non-smoking. The smoking room is on 1 Floor. Please bring your room key to enter the smoking room.

・Laundry room is on the 3 Floor. There are Vending machines, and Microwave in the laundry room.
2 Washing machines: 400JPY/per,
2 dryers: 200JPY/per.
(Only 100yen coins are accepted. Bills can be changed at FRONT DESK on 1 floor)

 

ROOM CLEANING

・Room cleaning frequency is every other day.

e.g.

【If you need cleanup on non-cleaning day】
Please put up “Clean Up” sign on your door by 2pm.

【If you do not need cleanup on cleaning day】
Please put up “Do not disturb” sign on your door by 2pm.
In this case, we will clean the room on the next day.

【if you need only changing towels and no cleanup】
Please leave used towels in front of the door in the hallway by 2pm.
We will hung new towels on your door.
