What time is check-in and check-out?

It varies depending on the reservation websites customers use.

Is it possible to check-in prior to 14:00 or 15:00?

A

It is possible on availability. There will incur an early check-in fee of ¥1,000 per hour (plus tax). Please inquire in advance should you wish to check-in early.

Will you be able to keep our luggage in case we arrive before check-in time?

A

Yes, we will keep your luggage at the front desk.

Q

How late may I check-in? Is there a curfew?

A

Check-in is available until midnight.
If you contact us in advance, we can accommodate check-ins after midnight.
There is no curfew after check-in.

Can I extend the check-out time?

A

Late check-out is available at ¥1,000 per hour (plus tax.) The latest available check-out is 14:00.
After 14:00, the price of one night stay will apply.
Late check-out is subject to availability.
(The latest available check-out time may change without notice.)

Will you be able to keep our luggage after we check-out?

A

Yes, guests may leave their luggage with us with no charge for rest of the day after check-out.
If you retrieve your luggage on later days, there will incur a fee of ¥1,000 per night (tax included). Up to 5 pieces of luggage per room.

We plan to check-out once and check-in again on a later day.
Will you be able to keep our luggage in the between time?

A

Yes, if you have a reservation with us for the next stay in the near future, we will keep your luggage with no charge until your return.

Can we ship our luggage to the hotel?

After booking a room, please ship your luggage to the address below. We will keep your luggage till your arrival.
Upon shipping, please indicate your name (used for booking) in either Katakana or alphabet and a date of arrival.

Room cancellation fees are as follows:

How many months in advance can we book a room?

A

Reservations can be made up to seven months in advance, including the current month, on the official KADOYA HOTEL website. Reservations can be made by phone or other reservation sites starting 6 months in advance.

How can we cancel or modify our reservation?

A

Please have your reservation number and email address ready, and visit our official reservation website to cancel or modify your reservation.

If you have booked a room through travel agencies or on websites other than ours, please contact them.
