Our Specialty Coffee
Selecting coffee is no easy task as people have diverse taste for coffee flavors.
At Café la Voie, we select coffee with the most robust aroma and refined flavors. We have prepared 3 kinds of blended coffees and 2 kinds of single-origin coffees(straight coffee.)
Our blended coffees were created through the collaborative work with Tamaya Ohzan, purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency and the long established Tajimaya Coffee House in Shinjuku. After countless trial and error, our staff came to the agreement and found the ultimate recipe of blending coffees. We hope you find a cup of coffee to satisfy your taste.
The Pursuit of Balance “la voie original blend coffee”
Developed in collaboration with a long standing coffee shop “Tamaya Ohzan,” a purveyor to the Imperial Households. (Formerly Tamaya Kobayashi Coffee)
An experienced roaster roasts the coffee beans that are mainly from Brazil and Ethiopia to a full city roast. Highly aromatic, a perfect balance of sourness and bitterness will allow you to enjoy our coffee any time of the day.
Our Quest for Richness “SHINJUKU original blend coffee”
Developed in collaboration with “Tajima Coffee House,” a 50-year-old well-known coffee house in Shinjuku.
Blending Brazilian and Ethiopian coffee beans and roasting them to an Italian roast by using an open fire roaster will produce a uniquely smoky and full-flavored coffee with bitterness and a hint of sweetness.
Ultimate Masterpiece “Royal blend coffee”
A cup of ultimate coffee presented by a long established coffee shop Tamaya Ohzan, a purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency.
Within its light taste and smooth sourness, there’s a depth in its richness. The distinguished flavor of this coffee is said to be favored when welcoming guests at the Imperial banquets.
