INDEN,they have history over 400 years in Yamanashi prefecture in Japan.
It made of deer’s skin. So they are strong.

At first ,the designs were made for SAMURAI warrior costume ,
and it became popular around 17th,18th century(EDO era) for the people.

and nowadays,they make it as small bag ,wallet, key holder,and so on.

And we have a lot of design and color about it.

The varieties of the design changes by thickness and number of lines.

Hundreds years ago ,it was used as a vessel to put a drink or water.
